Hablamos con la ex-cantante de Skunk Anansie, Skin, sobre su último disco "Fake Chemical State". Fue mucho trabajo para conseguir este sonido crudo y tiene sobre todo muchas ganas de actuar. Este año tocará en Pinkpop y en cuanto a eso dice lo siguiente:

"Last time I played Pinkpop wasn´t that good. This time I play the big stage and am going to ROCK the stage!"

A partir de 2003 la ex-cantante de Skunk Anansie, Skin, siguió su camino en solitario y con éxito. Tocó con Robbie Williams, Massive Attack y Queens Of The Stone Age. En el álbum "Flesh Wounds" canta sobre el periodo duro de su vida. Le preguntamos si resultó difícil volver a cantar sobre este tema durante la gira.

"Once you've recorded it and it's solid and it's on the CD and it's a finished thing, then you can let it go. You don't have to let it keep stabbing you like a knife every single day because if you do that eventually you become very depressed and your music will kill you."
