Toazted hizo una entrevista con todos los miembros del grupo sobre el primer comienzo en el sureste de Londres:

"We had a Britpop kind of punky sound which we got bored of and then we got a bit of interest from a few record companies and we just thought "Is this really the kind a music that we want to be known for?" and we were like "no" so we just bought a little 12 track recorder and started writing some new songs."
