El grupo legendario de Escocia, Urusei Yatsura, fue formado en 1993 por Graham Kemp y Fergus Lawrie. Ambos estudiaron en Glasgow y compartieron su pasión por Velvet Underground y Galaxy 500. En aquel momento, Urusei Yatsura fue un grupo prometedor.
